About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY-26668) with fifteen years of experience treating adults and couples. I also provide consultation to individuals and organizations looking to make systemic change. I completed my Ph.D. at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas; a clinical and research fellowship at UCLA; my pre-doctoral clinical internship at Long Beach VA Medical Center; and a post-doctoral residency in the VA San Diego Healthcare System. I have partnered with medical schools, including Stanford Medical School, and Bay Area startups, including Modern Health, using human-centered design to radically rethink how we approach health and mental health.
